We're happy to help you return a product for repair or replacement. Because most everything we sell includes graphics that we custom print for you, refunds are not provided.
Should you ever have a problem with one of our products, please let us know so we can make it right for you. We expect you to get reasonable use out of your purchase when you use it for the purpose it was intended. While nothing lasts forever, with reasonable care our products should deliver a good service life before you'll need to replace them.
If you'd like to return something you've purchased from us, we need to know what's coming our way before you send it back.
Call 1-833-355-8993 and sync up with one of our Client Relations representatives. You'll need to get a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from them along with some special packing instructions.
Rates only apply to the continental US.
International and overseas shipping is not available.
To better serve our customers we have an order cutoff time of 3:00 pm EST. In-stock* items ship within 24 hours.
We strive to ship all in-stock* orders received by the cutoff time the same day.
*Items with custom printing require additional time for graphic proofing and production.
